What Drives Us

The need is great! Did you know prosthetic devices cost tens of thousands of dollars for patients out of pocket?

As Drs. Gaston and Loeffler witnessed the growth of the OrthoCarolina Reconstructive Center for Lost Limbs, they found some patients were not able to afford a prosthesis that met their unique needs. That’s where Arms For All comes in!

At Arms for All, we don’t just provide prosthetics, we offer the possibility of a new beginning.

Life after limb loss isn’t easy. But with the right support, tools, and care, people can return to, not only everyday tasks, but also the activities they love most and thrive. That’s the heart of our work and it’s what fuels everything we do at Arms for All.

How We Help

Losing a limb is more than a physical challenge — it’s a life-altering event that touches every part of a person’s world. Physically, emotionally, and financially, the impact can be overwhelming and often the financial burden makes prosthetics unattainable.

Comprehensive Support

The Arms for All team walks with recipients from the first consultation to the final fitting and beyond.

Personalized Prosthetics

Every person is different. We work with industry leaders to find prosthetic solutions that reflect an Arms for All recipient’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Accessible for All

Through Arms for All, we ensure that cost never stands in the way of receiving the care and support you deserve.

Ways to Give

Help change someone’s life — one step, one limb, one story at a time.

Every donation helps close the gap between what insurance covers—and what patients actually need.

Prosthetic limbs are life-changing, but they’re also expensive. Most recipients would never be able to afford one without support from donors like you.

Insurance often covers little to none of these costs. Your donation helps provide real solutions—and real hope.
